TEBOW to the New York Jets!!!

Tim TEBOW is now a New York Jet! TEBOWMANIA! I Love it! 

 

To me, this is a great move by the Jets. 

Bottom line: out with Brunell and in with TEBOW. 

I know there are many fans including Jets fans who hate this move. I personally think it is great! This is the backup QB folks. Does he bring baggage? Yes. Media distraction? Yes. QB controversy? Yes.

Let's face it, Tim TEBOW is a great football player. He brings with him, a great image, a great running QB instinct and pride in football. He is one of the most popular players in the NFL for a reason. He had the chance to take the easy route and go to JAX, but he chose: The New York Jets. 

He will be the backup QB as long as Sanchez performs as he should. TEBOW will be the fire behind making Sanchez a better QB. Sanchez has never had the pressure of being benched, and now he does. Who can be better at this than TEBOW? Nobody. Sanchez is the Jets starting QB, and will be given the opportunity to throw the ball, because obviously he is a better passer then TEBOW, everybody knows this.

Is TEBOW the best QB in the NFL? Far from it. He brings to the Jets, the ability to run a Sparano offense in a way that Sanchez simply can't. He will be a great alternative to bring into the game and change the way the defense is thinking. He will provide a spark each time he enters the game.This will occupy an opponent's time in preparation for the Jets each and every week. I for one believe this will provide great opportunities for the JETS to thrive this season. Can TEBOW lead us to "The Holy Land?"

We've heard it all about how this will destroy the team dynamic with teammates being split as to whom should take the realm as QB. I believe this will not happen, even in New York. 

TEBOW will play his role in the offense and give the Jets his all each and every game. How can anybody really see this as a bad move. It also gets the JETS on the back page of the papers...as opposed to that other NY team. To me this is a good thing. 

Maybe more kids will grow up living the dream and becoming a fan of the New York Jets. Really, would you rather have Brunell? 

Bottom line, brace yourself for TEBOWMANIA in New York!!!
